The hotel has been recently redecorated with modern rooms. The breakfast offered has a good selection of delicious meals. The staff are friendly and offer prompt assistance. The convenient location next to the expo center and Lebanon makes it a great choice. Additionally, it's within walking distance of the Lebanon trail system.

We liked the comforts of this hip new hotel. You got great value. The staff was attentive and efficient. Our rooms were brand-new with a kitchen, everything was nice. The in-house bar was a delightful surprise.

Decent food.

My stay in a new room with a bathtub, refrigerator, and kitchen met my expectations, and the complimentary breakfast offered delicious food.

After 3 of 5 days we were asked to move as our room was to be refurbished. It smelled of smokers, stains on ceiling with the wall delaminating and we had to move anyway when the roof leaked. We fought for a discount after an overcharge and received it. The old facility,pool which had to be shut down made this a 50.00/room max. The reservation was unclear so we had to upgrade to 2 beds and the pet charge was excessive and mis-quoted. Breakfast was good, though.The staff worked with us on charges but,wouldn't stay there before the overhaul is complete.

It was inexpensive.

The service was poor. Although there was an included breakfast, they were not attentive to ensure the buffet was well supplied - The first morning we had to wait several minutes for eggs to appear. Again no eggs the second morning, gave up waiting and left. Although there was two of us in the room, after the first day the cleaning staff made up the room and left us with one bath towel. The TV remote did not function, so called the font desk to have that taken care of. After 45 mlinutes no one showed up at the room, so called the front desk again. Another 20 minutes later a guy shows up and determines that we need a different remote... he left to get us another one and never returned. We made these concerns known to the front desk upon check out - at least they discounted the final bill by 15% (hardly what is promised on the 100% satisfaction guarantee card found in the room).

The rooms here have 2 full-size beds, a kitchen, and a safe. They are a good size and can keep out noise pretty well. 🛌

I gotta say, the stay was really comfy for the price. The room was nice, updated, and clean, plus it had two beds. Also, the location was great, right in the heart of everything. 🌟

It was horrible!! The sealing was full of cobwebs, the sheets had stains the wallpaper was peeling off. I would consider this a roach motel. I never thought a quality inn would look like this. Horrible!!!!!

Hotel is showing it's age and needs upgrading. carpet in rooms well past it's "best before date". Tv reception was terrible. They said they would fix it by calling the cable people. No one showed up in the 2 days we were there and the front desk never got back to us and did not offer any compensation in any form. Not impressed.

Clean hotel, comfortable beds, complimentary breakfasts, pleasant staff, affordable rates.

Had a pleasant stay for the price. Our room itself was brand-new with 2 double beds. The property's location was comfortable and ideal, to Hershey park. There was Subway minutes from the hotel.

Sadly, there was no breakfast.

Music from the lounge reverberated through the whole building. We could hear it in our second floor room.

The staff are welcoming, the hotel is fairly clean, and the breakfast is complimentary. It has a favorable and incredibly comfortable setting, right by highways, restaurants, expo center, as well as Lebanon. Not too far from Chestnut Street Log House, one of the tourist spots.

Old building...not the most comfortable room, or the cleanest. Beds and bathroom seemed fine however.
